Runxin control valve is a domestically produced multifunctional control valve with completely independent intellectual property rights for fully automatic water treatment systems. Based on the principle of end face sealing, multiple valves are tightly integrated into one valve body, arranged in a flat circular pattern. When rotating the rotor, the function of simultaneously closing several valves and opening several other valves can be achieved.
Runxin valve has stronger resistance to impurities, large backwash flow rate, and two display modes: LED and LCD. There are options for downstream regeneration and upstream regeneration. Runxin Valve's factory products undergo 100% pressure and water pressure testing at 0.1MPa and 0.6MPa, and have passed NSF certification in the United States, demonstrating strict reliability.
working principle:
Based on the principle of end face sealing, multiple valves are tightly integrated into one valve body, arranged in a flat circular pattern. When rotating the rotor, the function of simultaneously closing several valves and opening several other valves can be achieved.
1. Structural principle
The combination of two high flatness planes with a certain area can play a sealing and flow blocking role. The Runxin valve is fixed with a high flatness fixed sealing plate in the inner diameter of the valve body. The ceramic dynamic sealing plate with high hardness and high flatness is driven by a handle or motor to rotate in contact with the fixed sealing plate. Due to the different blind holes and through holes of the dynamic and fixed sealing plates, different fluid channels can be generated when the dynamic plate stays at different positions of the fixed plate, thus achieving five functions: water production, backwashing, salt suction+slow washing, salt tank replenishment, positive flushing, etc. The filter valve realizes three functions: water production, backwashing, and forward flushing.
2. Principle of Automatic Valve Control
Signal → Program Controller → Transmission Device → Valve Plate → Positioning Device → Program Controller
The system is controlled by a microcomputer, starting the program with signals such as time, flow rate, or effluent quality. The valve plate is driven to rotate through a transmission device, and after reaching the corresponding position, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer through a positioning device to stop the action; When the next signal meets the set requirements, start turning to the next workstation again. In this periodic cycle, various functions are achieved during the rotation of the valve disc once.
